The ideal candidate should be capable of building the technical design, development and implementation of new products and enhancements. They will work in all phases of the development cycle: concept to implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life-cycle development of frontend web (HTML / PHP), mobile applications (iOS, Android) and backend (PHP, Database
  • Gather business and functional requirements.
  • Perform UI/UX analysis, design and development.
  • Perform business logic and database design and development
  • Utilize best and latest development standards and architecture in writing code for enhancements and new application and system features.
  • Ensure the highest QA practices are achieved by performing thorough unit, system and integration testing and delivering quality products the meets user needs and expectations.
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and agreed upon timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 3+ years' overall IT development experience
  • 2+ years' individual experience in the following related expertise
  • Experience with iOS and Android platforms
  • Experience with PHP and HTML
  • Experience with Database modelling and design
  • Experience with AWS is desirable
  • Team player and works cross-functionally with other team members

  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to subscriptions and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company applications and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, communications, or related field.
  • MBA or higher education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Extensive, accurate application and eHealth knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be able to deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative applications within delivery time frames and budget. To excel in this position the candidate should be analytical and have a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
  • Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
  • Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
  • Evaluating standards of component products.
  • Assigning resources and monitor utilization and capacity during project life cycle
  • Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
  • Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 3+ years of overall IT development experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
  • Understanding of PLC and Agile methodologies.
  • PMP or Agile certification is desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of Project management tools such as MS Project, MS Teams
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong people skills.
